Accepted Payment Methods
All payments are made using PayPal. PayPal accepts a variety of payment methods. please visit their website for more info at https://www.paypal.com. COD payments are not accepted.
For US Only Orders
Please proceed to the Online Store and process your order using the shopping cart.
For International Orders
This website does not allow us to process international orders. We can still process international orders manually, but a few extra steps are required.
1. International orders are paid using PayPal. Please verify that PayPal accepts payments from your country before ordering by clicking here https://www.paypal.com.
2. Then contact us by email at bblewster@americatwopublishing.com. We will provide you with international ordering information at that point.
Shipping
Orders are processed within three days of receipt, Monday through Friday, and all items are subject to availability. Backorders are shipped as they become available.
US Domestic Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail Priority Mail has an average delivery time of 2 - 3 days from shipment. All orders are shipped from Mesa, Arizona and postage rates are calculated through the online store at USPS Priority rates. We do not charge handling fees on orders.
International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location. We ship international order using USPS Global Priority Mail.
Returns and Warranties
America Two Publishing will reimburse returns on unopened CD's for the sales price of the CD. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Shipping and handling and return shipping fees will not be reimbursed.
If your Audio CD fails to operate properly upon receipt, please contact us using any of the methods under the Contact Tab above to explain the problem and to receive a replacement CD. We will have you return the CD to assist us in our quality control efforts and then we will ship you a replacement CD. America Two Publishing will cover shipping and handling on authorized returns for defect exchanges.
